Tape Measure 1.5

Use your phone as a tape measure without having to move or walk towards the distant object you want to measure.

To measure, simply hold your phone at eye level and align the crosshair on the ground with the point you want to measure. The phone will continuously display the horizontal distance from the camera to the point under the crosshair.

Before using the app, you'll need to calibrate it by entering your eye level height, which is the distance from the ground to your eyes.

Accurate measurements are achieved through trigonometry, so it's important to always keep the phone at eye level, regardless of its angle pointing toward the ground.

If you maintain a steady hand and keep the phone at eye level while measuring, you can expect a typical accuracy of about +-3cm at a distance of 5m.

The app now also supports imperial measurements in feet and inches, alongside metric measurements in meters and centimeters.
